PLIMOTH PLANTATION
Have a great time, in another time! Plimoth Plantation is a must-see New England destination. Their staff and exhibits tell the story of 17th-century Plymouth Colony and the shared history of the Pilgrims and Native People.
Plymouth Colony comes to life in their re-creation of early Plymouth. You'll encounter 17th-century "residents" in historical clothing expressing their hopes, fears and viewpoints. Modern-day guides will help you better understand the 1600s. Help weed the garden, prepare a meal, participate in a muster drill, or play a Pilgrim game!
Located on the Eel River, the Wampanoag Homesite is where guests learn about the native peoples who have lived here for over 10,000 years. Native staff dressed in historical clothing share their traditions, technologies, and culture from a modern perspective. Step inside a wetu (house) or mishoon (dug-out canoe), ask about gardening and cooking methods, and take part in pastimes like a hubbub, a traditional native game.
KID'S FISHING
Come aboard for a 90 minute fun filled fishing adventure geared to the little ones. Our trips are fun for kids as well as adults. We fish in protected waters for a most enjoyable experience. All gear and bait is provided by our friendly and experienced crew. We are the only company fishing on former military amphibious vehicles. Our boats are completely renovated and U.S Coast Guard inspected and certified. Enjoy some local sights as we meander down the streets of Hyannis and enter the water on our way to the fishing grounds. Bring refreshments or even a picnic lunch. Sun screen, sunglasses and a light jacket are recommended. So bring you're good luck charm and let's go fishing!
WHALE WATCHING
Join us for an unforgettable excursion from historic Plymouth Harbor across Cape Cod Bay to Stellwagen Bank, primary feeding grounds of the world's largest mammals. Discover the great whales of the North Atlantic during a 4-hour Captain John Boats whale watch adventure! Marine mammal sightings include Humpback, Finback, Minke, and Pilot Whales, as well as dolphins, porpoises and seals. These majestic creatures can be up to 70 feet long and weigh 65 tons.
As we depart historic Plymouth Harbor, your naturalist, a professional marine biologist, provides an informative description of the whales you are likely to see as well as commentary on the days activities, and is available to answer any questions you may have. This program has proven to be of such outstanding educational value that it now serves as part of the science curriculum in many schools.

Popular Burial Hill History Tour Series Returns!
Pilgrim Hall Museum and the Plymouth Antiquarian Society announce their continuing partnership in a free public tour series of Plymouth’s historic Burial Hill for the 2022 season. This year, we are returning to a live, in-person format for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic! A series of four themed history tours will be offered in person at Plymouth’s ancient burying ground at 1 p.m. on the first Saturday of every other month from April to October. The event will not be simultaneously streamed or broadcast live; however, an enhanced and audio-corrected digital version of each tour will premiere online the month following each live event. The collaborative Burial Hill tour program was originally launched in 2011 as a monthly event and grew in popularity, regularly drawing audiences of 80 to 100 people. During COVID, the series transitioned to a virtual format. We are delighted to return to in-person tours after two years of remote programming. The partnering organizations also welcome the opportunity to share these live experiences in high-quality video presentations with additional content for audiences everywhere to enjoy post-event.
